CIP cleaning system

Basic working principle:
In the clean and closed rotating drum of the coating machine, the chip core keeps making complex track movement, turning smoothly and exchanging frequently. The coating medium stirred by the constant temperature mixing bucket is sprayed on the chip core from the spray gun after the action of the pump. At the same time, under the action of hot air and negative pressure, the heat is removed from the core. The 100,000-class clean hot air supplied by the air cabinet passes through the core, passes through the bottom screen, and then exits from the damper, so that the coating medium dries quickly on the surface of the core, forming a solid, dense and smooth surface film. The whole process is automatically completed under the control of PLC.
